Frank Thompson is a locally based independent fully trained and experienced engineer specialising in guaranteed repairs and recommended sales of both domestic and commercial catering and laundry appliances. These include appliances such as the automatic washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cooker, oven and hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, fridge/freezer and vacuum cleaner. Basically any appliance with a plug on it.  

Service

The service available is reliable with service calls booked as best possible to suit the customer's requirements. These can be made flexible placed where best possible around busy work times. With knowing how today's modern appliances are relied upon an attempt to attend within 24 hours is made for the initial service call.

Guaranteed Repairs

Initially the appliance fault is diagnosed and a recommendation given as to whether a repair is worthwhile taking into account it's age, condition and cost of repair. If not then a recommended appliance will be quoted for. All completed work carries a 3 months parts and labour guarantee. All parts fitted are either the manufacturers genuine part or a high quality replacement part.

Recommended Sales

Should a replacement appliance be required then this shall be recommended from 24 years of vast experience as to what is currently the best on market that will suit both the customer's requirements and budget.
