Book your service engineer appointment with a simple, fixed fee of £50.00 including attending, fault diagnosis, first hour labour only (parts are extra) and service if required.
Should original appliance booked be unrepairable then a further appliance service is covered. Available in selected areas only. If your area isn’t listed, a bespoke quote will be provided.

If they’re not met—especially providing access during your chosen time period—your booking may be cancelled without service or refund.
Flexible Arrival Within Chosen Timeframe

Bookings are within a morning window (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM) or an afternoon window (12:30 PM – 5:30 PM).

Access must be available for the full period. If no one is present when we arrive, the appointment will be null and void.
- Pre-arrival notice can be selected when completing your booking.
Domestic Use Only

Appliances must be purely for domestic/home use only.

We do not normally service commercial or business appliances but welcome enquiries through the messaging option bottom right.

Gas Appliance Notice
In accordance with Gas Safety Regulations, I am not registered with Gas Safe and therefore do not carry out any work that involves disturbing gas fittings or combustion components.
Any work undertaken on gas appliances is limited strictly to electrical or mechanical components that are not part of the gas-carrying or combustion system, such as controls, falme failure device, burners and thermocouples. Other wise electrical elements, ignitors, door catches, knobs and fans are covered.
Where gas-related work is required, this must be performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Minimum Appliance Value

Appliance must have a current replacement value over £100.

Ensures the service remains viable and appropriate.
Payment Terms for Additional Work

If further work is required, you’ll receive a clear written quote on the visit before we continue.

Invoices must be settled in full within 24 hours of work completion to avoid late payment charges or service delays. Any specially ordered parts required then payment is expected before ordering.
Finally – Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations within 24 hours working week hours (Monday to Friday) will not be refunded due to time commitments. Cancellations out of this time frame will incur an admin fee of £15.00 and the balance of the refund will take between 5-10 working days to return to the bank initially charged.
